Charming 3 Bed Home in the Garden Quarter, Chester

Perfect location, lovely little kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable sitting room.

The beds could all do with a mattress protector under the sheet, the springs made them a bit uncomfortable.

Microwave and fridge were not clean. Inside of wardrobe in ground floor room was dusty.

Great location for a visit to my nephew who is in Uni in Chester, the house was a five minute walk away from his accomodation. The rooms were big with plenty of storage and had private parking for one car. It was located in a quiet area with a 10 minute walk into Chester and a 5 minute drive to Sealand retail park. The house was clean and tidy with plenty of utensils for our take away on the weekend evening. There was a bulb that didn't work in my room so I messaged the company and they had fixed it within a couple of hours. I would use this house again.

The only issue my sister and I had was the lack of a mirror in each of the top bedrooms, it just made drying our hair a bit awkward.

It wasn’t the cleanest, arrived and pans and grill trays were dirty, bins and recycling full from previous guests. However when we let them know they came out to clean the pans that night which was great.

Decor, furnishings and cleanliness were excellent. Tea, coffee and milk available was very useful. Only 10 minute walk to city walls, location was quiet for an area popular with students. Overall very pleased.

Mattress on double bed in main bedroom was not as comfortable as the other beds, they were very comfortable. Would be helpful to have more shelves in bathroom and shower. Car parking is a bit tight to access with a bigger car..

This is a great wee house less than 10 mins walk from the city walls. I panicked when we drove towards the property as it is predominantly a student accommodation area and I thought it was be noisy however it was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all. Plenty of room in the house and the heating is warm and easy to use.

More useable mirrors in the bedrooms.

House was fantastic and great location. Private parking a real bonus. Very clean and comfortable - everything we needed. Thank you - would definitely book again. Also really appreciate the customer care calls - excellent service.

Only a small thing, but would have been good to have a hand towel in the kitchen, some hand soap and an extra tea towel.

The garden wasn’t secure, just meant I had to put the dog on the lead to go outside.
