Red Carpet Inn - New Brunswick

They were thee worst!!! I had two reservations consecutively because I wasn’t sure about staying the whole weekend. When I checked in the guy was nice he never mentioned I woukd have to checkout n leave n come back because my reservations were separate. Next morning housekeeping or lack there of came n I declined services I had a chil w me n she was sleep. They came back an hour later n said I had to check out n I told them I had another reservation so I wasn’t leaving. Then this rude guy comes immediately after very confrontational n I explained again n he said I still had to leave n I could back n check in at three. I told him I had too much things n I didn’t make sense cus im staying for two more nights totally three. I told him I woukd leave but I had to pack up n my bf would be back so I could go. It’s too cold outside n I have a baby with me. He didn’t care. He left n the house keeping security gusrds came back. Oh I forgot to mention they were two fat chucks one each side all three they cane. Well I lost it! I let them fat chucks have it. I told them to tell that lil boy in the office to cancel the reservation for the next two nights! I’m out of this short stay trash place. Well as I packed the lil boy came back to tell me I didn’t have to leave. Argued with me but had my receipt I guess they needed my money. Oh n my key had to b reprogrammed whenever I left the room. Only saving grace is the older gentleman that had decency and the curvier front desk lady she was nice

Heater unit noisy. Only 2 towels for reservation of 4 people. When requested at Front desk for more towels, they said they were “out of towels till the morning.” When maid service comes in. How does this Motel stay in business. Are you kidding? There’s no excuse. The manager should be fired!

I usually consider myself easy to please when it comes to hotels, but cleanliness is something I just can’t compromise on. This place was like one of those bad motels you see in movies – you know, the ones you think only exist in fiction. The experience started off on the wrong foot when my brother stepped on a used condom as he was getting out of the car. That was a real shock, and unfortunately, it didn’t get better from there. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet, and the beds smelled like piss. I get that some budget places might not be pristine, but this was a whole new level.

The pillows are all stained and mell awful blankets got some many cigarette burns in them sheets looks like sex stains staff is disgusting nasty bathroom leaks people upstairs rudely loud I was there for few months staff can't speak English it was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed I would never tell anyone to stay at the red carpet in in New Brunswick omg it was the worst experience I've ever had the place reeks of marijuana and cigarettes can't even open door ,roudy had to call cops a few times what clowns are the new Brunswick police total losers just like the hotel it's dangerous hookers drug addicts gangsters i told the staff I felt unsafe ,he told me he's only concerned bout his life ,they don't care who they rent these rooms too omg ,never go there,

Room was spacious, working bath tub was a bonus.

If you don't drive, no coffee shop nearby, so coffee and tea facility in the room would be nice, Or at least coffee in the reception area.

Management sucks. Staff members suck the whole place is nasty. I wouldn’t recommend that place to nobody and they all very rude They all Indian.

It was convenient location for my visit, they say u get what u pay for but no price is worth this place. AC/heat not working refrigerator never turned on leaking drain from bathroom sink

In fact, that these incompetent group of family members stole money from my account. In the amount of $149 for October. 13 when I did not stay there on the 13th. I got there on the 15th. And they charged my card $25. I believe on a 16th or 17th of October. And then hours later they charged my card a $124. When booking even confirmed that the rates for October 13th was indeed. In fact, only a $124. So I'm coming to the conclusion that there's a sign group of individuals that work for hotels and/or own. These hotel properties that are doing these types of things on a regular basis, just like extended. Stay in piscataway with the Nigerian. General manager steiling from people's accounts and. Actually double and triple charging customers for a 1 day stay.
