View was great, location was perfect, modern throughout. Quick dishwasher, nice touches throughout such as a Christmas tree with the lights on for arrival, expensive nice diffusers, a record player with records, a great sound system, a balcony looking onto the Minster. A small Sainsburys’s 30 seconds away from the front door. Lock system with no key very easy and handy for the group coming and going. We picked such a busy time to visit ( unknowingly end of nov) and actually struggled to get into some pubs with 6 of us, so ended up in the apartment lots, so we are so happy we found such a great base for our time in York. It made our trip! Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting! So close to everything we needed too.

Location was great, facilities great. Group of 3 couples all had a great time. Locking system was a bit fiddly but owner aware so I’m sure will improve

Parking, apartment has a space 10 minutes walk away free of charge, we had 2 vehicles so used the parking in nearby car park, price is ridiculous, this was £80 for 2 days

Location was great. Everything has been updated. The balconies were an added touch. Having the parking spot, just a short walk away, was also great. We had a 9-passanger van, and the parking spot was ample. The building is tucked in a non-busy street, so we easily unloaded our luggage and then went and parked.

All was good, having the kitchen and sitting room/dining room on the second floor seemed a little odd, but it all worked out.

Everything was amazing. The location, the flat decoration and kitchen stuff. The beds were super comfortable.

The living room is on the first floor and the stair is little bit uncomfortable for elderlies.

The railway station was a 15 minute walk away. The property's location was excellent for sight-seeing the City. It was also Ideally situated for eating out with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking easy distance. The comprehensive information folder was very useful as was the nearby luggage storage facility and a designated parking space was included. The apartment was well equipped and the Host's welcome bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a nice touch.

There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved by the host very quickly.
