Very central location, couldn’t get more central with cafes/pubs/restaurants nearby. Handy to have a parking space with option of closer paid parking. Lovely apartment had everything you could need for a short stay with amazing view from both balconys towards York Minster.

The cleaning was an issue on arrival, an unfortunate one off due to circumstances but it was fixed & request for extra towels accommodated.

Very well equipped, beautifully clean, excellent kitchen facilities, TV, WiFi, Sound Bar all easy to use and excellent quality. The turntable and LP collection was a nice touch for those of us of a certain age! Comfortable beds and bedding, great shower rooms, lovely and warm throughout. Lift to the property on the 2nd floor was invaluable. Breathtaking views of the Minster. As an electric car driver, having a car park with multiple chargers immediately next door was wonderful. Likewise, as one of my party was aged and infirm, the fact that Blue Badge holders can park all day there for free is another huge plus. Well located, 5 minutes walk to the centre of York shopping areas. Outstanding communications with the property manager throughout the process from first booking to departure.

It would have been useful to know that the sitting room was up a flight of stairs. It is a challenge for anyone of limited mobility.

Central location with a high quality finish.

Balcony doors need some attention as difficult to open and close but this is only a minor point as everything else perfect.
