The location is excellent close to the centre of Bologna and the railway station. Well organized establishment, prompt and friendly service. Comfortable beds.

The installation of mesh panels would be desirable.

Excellent. Room and bathroom were both of a good size; the bathroom looked brand new. There was even a private terrace off the bathroom. Nice kitchenette for guests to use with coffee machine, pastries and yogurts.

It’s a lovely place, very clean and cozy. The owner is super friendly, wait us later at night, he was very pleasant. The food for breakfast included all necessary products, coffee and tea. We highly recommend this Appartment to stay. Thank you for your hospitality and help.
