Great spacious room. Not far from the train station in a lived in part of town. Very friendly welcoming.

Stefano is a really nice host, and everything was really clean and nice. I really enjoy my stay there, and he was really helpful looking for taxis or recommendations I ask him of.

Helpful host, location is ok, you can get to the centre by foot 20-30min

Full sense of hostel, very bad noise isolation, no privacy at all (you hear people from kitchen, another room and when open a door to the balcony there is another room nearby)), bad smell in the room, steep stairs(be ready to bring you suitcases by yourself), bathroom is on another floor.

This was the cleanest accommodation I've ever been to. The person associated with the hotel was very kind. There were many things for breakfast in the morning. If you want a reliable and clean accommodation, definitely choose it.

The room was very pleasant. The owner was very nice and help me to take my luggage upstairs. The location was very good. I would definitely go back. In general,

The breakfast was very basic. Mostly cookies and coffee. The cookies were in the jar for along time and they taste old. The Banana was not ready to eat, they were green and hard to eat. The oranges were rotten and I put them in the garbage. I would have put healthier options for people. Not everybody wants to start their day with cookies and sugar. I would put eggs and butter or cheese in the fridge. Add more fruits like apples. Add more bread instead of a tart full of sugar.

Stefano was very friendly and ready to help. I was surprised that there is gorgeous kitchen to use, basic things to have a breakfast (like coffee, jams, fruits, sweets, milk). The room itself was such spacious and the bathroom too. The room also had a small terrace and it was a nice surprise. The placement is 17 mins from railway station that makes the apartment worth booking.

It is a nice quiet place. Manager is very friendly.

Separate bathroom would be better, but it was known before going there.
