The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, making it convenient to visit the night market. Overall, it's good.

Quite simple accommodation, but has all you need. And free drinking water.

Rooms have kind of plastic windows, that you can hear literally everything on the street. No noise insulation at all. Due to that we slept very bad. Only had few hours of sleep as also very early morning cars start driving by. Also bathroom and toilet were not so clean, with lots of hairs in the drain and toilet seat dirty.

Good sized room. Also came with a hot and cold dispenser in the communal area with some decent sofas (I used them many times). Good powerful electric shower. Airton in our room was great. The room looked out onto the street, and although there was some noise, it didn't disturb us. Key swipe access to the building with a key for the room. All good..... if anyone reads this, say hello to chinese old guy Morgan who lives directly across from the front door. Speak lovely English and enjoys a chat. Good wifi with ability to maintain 5 hours of platform work.

At times there was a smell from.the sink drainage. It was bearable but once or twice (during our 14 night stay) it was like a rotten egg. The door to the toilet/shower was very squeaky but in the 15 nights we didn't inform the staff so maybe not such a drama.

Exceptional value for money. Very clean, quiet yet only few minutes walk from river and Jonker St. Receptionist did not speak English but we managed to communicate well and he was very helpful when phoning for taxi when we left.

No loo paper. Is this a local thing? Wasn't an issue as it was readily and cheaply available in close by shop. An issue of tissue, nothing more.
