Hotel O2 Oxygen

I like how furniture's were adjusted in such a room and the how cleaned it was.

The washroom flush was not working properly and construction work was going on besides our room

.

They need a lot of improvement i.e. communication, especially in the receptions. Tiolet was not clean and smells bad and very poor - commodes and others. Bed sheet was not clean and and very noisy. You can hear other people voice from the next room. Breakfast was awful and the staffs are very busy with their mobile phones. When you are asking something- their attitude is not positive.

Very convenient to airport, staff, very helpful, breakfast was alright (decent number of Indian and Western options)

Shower didn't really work well and it was noisy

B/F is always good and the rooms are maintained well.

Bit noisy during night as our suite was close to main road

Location, room service, breakfast.

Check in took almost 20 mins.. Bedsheets and blankets werent too clean. Mattress when cold felt wet and uncomfortable. And twin bed size is too small for a family with kids. Rooms were dark and dingy. Bathrooms small.
