I was a bit flustered when i came into reception. While I was waiting to book in the manager came up to me and said that he was giving me the Presidential Suite at no extra cost - it was a huge room. Bonus!

They had no clue about the reservation. We had disability issues and were stranded at the reception for more than an hour as they couldn't find the reservation on their system.

"Very bad experience."

Dirty property, small lift up to level 5, but hotel rooms up to level 6. Dirty toilet, very small room.

There's no facility as like star hotel.
