Staff behavior, Food quality and portion Location Facilities in the room, All these ate good

Service are worthless. 1. Asked twice to clean the room after dinner, but no one bother to come even till morning. 2. Intercom Phone near bed was not working, once complained at night told from Reception that someone is coming to check but till morning checkout no one came. So, had to use washroom intercom. 3. Gym is there but it was locked since I waited 8.30 in the morning and it was told by reception that, after trainer arrive it will be opened. Who knows who will use after that.
