Risteski Apartments - St. Naum

This is a renovated but historic house situated on the actual springs of Crni Drim, within the grounds of the Monastery of Sveti Naum.

No respond about my time of coming in booking if i outside didnt meet couple from other room i would not know reception is actually in restaurant 5 min away from accomodation where you need to go. Name of my room was luxury room with balcony and seaview.. By seaview they mean view on lake but first on road which is crowded all the time and everyone sees inside of your small room and view on lake.. by balcony they mean terrace which is shared.. in description of rooms they have bathtub but thats lie is only shower room.. so name of rooms and they description is not correct.. the wifi was also not working during all my time of stay.. i was speaking with manager 3 times in 2 days about this she told me everytime shes sending someone over in 5 mins to fix it.. nobody ever comes.. rooms doesnt have any window except tiny one in bathroom (there was much water on groud for some reason) but there is noise behind it so feel free to sleep with open doors which are meter from doors if you feel secure enought because there is no AC in room.. so room feels musty and airless.. for this money i deffinitelly NOT RECOMEND better pay little more and stay in actuall hotel nearby with normal reception and people who doing something if you tell them something isnt working this is just regular house that they turn into rooms and tell its luxury appartments

The apartment is very near the beach. This helped me go back and forth easily, as we were with the kids. It was spacious, with new and modern furniture. Clean and comfortable.

The price is high for Saint Naum, which is a small touristic place. So you can visit it in some hours and no need to sleep there. The street in front of the apartment is full of tourists and you feel no privacy staying in the balcony. We had terrible experience with the staff. The staff didn't answer us on booking where we ask for directions about parking. We had the first bad experience on site when we just arrived there, no one was waiting for us. Then the cleaning room lady came to clean the room and told us to wait, while we were on the check in time. The lady was very nice and was not her fault the check out and check in was the same time. We asked for the manager but no one came, we just waited until the cleaning was finished. The next bad experience was the next morning when we went for breakfast.The owners have also a restorant nearby were they offer breakfast, which includes only some variety of soups and eggs. The waiters were unbehaved and didn't wanted to leave us a table with lake view (there were a lot and not reserved) and didn't want to serve us pass time, while nobody told us breakfast times. The kids didn't eat the scrambled eggs and we also didn't like them.. When we left we paid the price for our stay at the restaurant where the front desk was, the manager didn't ask if we had a good time or apologize for the delays of one day before.

Apartment is very close to the lake and lovely restaurants.
