GBSuch a lovely apartment with all the facilities you would need. Great communication from the host. Our flight was cancelled the day before departure and the host was amazing and extended our stay by an extra day. Short walk from the v+a waterfront. The whole complex and area felt super safe. The pool areas were lovely for relaxing days. I will be recommending this apartment for any friends who want to visit in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was filthy, despite arriving at the pre arranged time of 2.30pm for check in, the “host” Lara sent her nanny who was unhelpful and said she didn’t know anything about the apartment. The whole place needs a thorough deep clean, several soft furnishings/linens/towels are beyond help and need to be thrown away. The double bedroom curtains are ripped and covered in stains, the bed linen is stained, the lounge mat is absolutely disgusting. The towels and singular hand towel provided were soiled and we therefore used our own. On top of this the place hadn’t even had a surface clean, the floors made our socks dirty, there was dust on every surface, the fridge seals were sticky and dirty. The windows were filthy and there was something that looked suspiciously liked dried sick on the bottom of one of the bedroom doors. When we complained about the cleanliness to the host we never heard back from her. As an electrician I also have serious concerns about the safety of the electrics, they would not pass an inspection for rental. No milk is provided for tea and coffee and there was no hand soap in any dispenser just a previously used block of dettol soap sitting open on its wrapper in one bathroom. The bed in the main bedroom is probably 30 years old and extremely uncomfortable and the apartment is also roadside which is conveniently not included in the description. We never found a pool, there was no one to ask.
