Amazing location, very close to the V&A Waterfront. Easy, safe parking. Very neat and modern apartment, with fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful outside area as well as pool. Walking distance to V&A, very central

Construction noise very intrusive but not owners fault

Location to the V & A.

Very Noisy unit. Poor condition of property. Hair dryer broken. Curtains unhooked. Cracked door. Broken clothes rack. Electricity pre paid unit ran out. No cork screw. No coffee, only plunger coffee. No hand towels in main bathroom. Poor condition/hard/discoloured,of some towels. Mould in washing machine. 2nd room curtains stains, mould. Aircon overflowed a lot of water onto patio area. Kettle does not switch off- hazardous. We were told by the man who showed us to the unit, that the unit would serviced daily. Did NOT happen. No info in the unit, as to where to find gym/pool how to access it, how to get to V&A. According to other reviews, previous guests had same issues. No improvements made. Very disappointing, unfortunately we will not recommend this accommodation.

Location , 15 min walk to main waterfront

Noise from busy road Noise from big building works all day Being over looked by office workers when you sit on balcony. Water very funny colour (even after boiling in kettle ) You can only watch same channel on tv in bedroom as one in lounge (not ideal if two couples stay) Hairdryer hanging off wall in en suite so wasn’t safe to use

Location to waterfront

By main road. Building site next door and opposite. Could not fit on balcony due to noise. Geyser burst and soaked all my clothes.
