"Very good"

A lot of space very lovely place and comfy bed quite clean not very far from the town centre.

The check in process is a headache and the host does not seem friendly at all.

Lovely property in handy central location with oarking and close to bus stop. Great facilities and very comfortable home from home for recent family break in Edinburgh. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Shower in en-suite was a little difficult to regulate the hot and cold settings but not a problem.

Mattresses in the twin room very uncomfortable. The owner has tried to charge me £50 due to I used the bed in the third bedroom.
