Location is close to the city centre

Poor check-in experience, rooms were not properly cleaned even after we were told to wait for 30 minutes because the rooms weren’t ready yet after 2 pm, no hairdryer provided, water heater only works for 5 minutes, wash basin is not working

Location is very nice.

Room facilities are quite bad, no hair dryer provided, Wi-Fi connection also only can access in the living room. Our check-out time is 12:00pm, before 12:00pm staff already change the Door PIN, and we can't go in. Same for WiFi-connection, before 12:00pm, they already change the Password and can't connect anymore! Not so worth for the price!
