I've listed everything I like about the place in the above questions. The two primary benefits of this location are the value for money and the area.

Here are some minor issues that the property needs to work on: 1) The toilet in the room with one bed needs to be thoroughly cleaned and dried. It was not when I checked in. 2) The exhaust fan in the same toilet needs to be fixed. It's very noisy. 3) The power cord on the kettle does not reach the power point. 4) I booked the apartment with four beds, including a sofa bed in the living room, but I ended up with three beds that did not include a sofa bed. Other than the above, the place is excellent.
