We switched to a 2 bedroom unit (Unit No. 22-12), though not reflected on booking . com. What we liked was the location of the property, it was reasonably clean & AG Homes were responsive to our requests.

We switched to a 2 bedroom unit (Unit No. 22-12), though not reflected on booking . com. What we didn’t like about the property were the inconveniences such as, the air-cond unit in the main bedroom was not cool, the coway filter’s last service was stated as ‘Jan 21’., initial issues with Netflix connection ~ after it was fixed, the batteries for the Netflix remote control ran out, dish washing liquid, dry hand cloth & extra bin liners were provided after we requested. While AG Home was swift in addressing the deficiencies (except for the aircond unit which, understandably could not be serviced whilst we were there), our user experience & satisfaction were already adversely affected. Nevertheless, we appreciate AG Home’s quick responses. Hope they will ensure the unit is improved soonest possible & we have provided photos of the ceiling & wall panelling that require their attention for repair
