1. Swift and easy check-in instruction by host 2. House facilities equipped as advertised 3. Easy access to cafes and restaurants within the city centre

1. The property is reek of cigarettes smell upon checked in 2. Bathroom floor mat was not available during our stay 3. Tight parking space and it was challenging for SUV. Seems like it originally parking lots meant for motorbikes. 4. Overall cleanliness could be improved
