Executive Inn & Suites Extended Stay - Vernal

The price was about it. But, I guess you get what you pay for...

Breakfast was awful, pool was green and filled with algae, construction everywhere.

We booked through Bookings.com and within the hour found the motel under construction and the room infested with dozens of bugs, dead and alive, on the bed and floor. Plus the motel had a different name. Your company wanted $51 to cancel and no help. You should be held accountable as what you represent.

Nothing, your service was reported to the board of health as we were in the room about 5 minutes.

The room was full of squash bugs flys and who knows what other kinds of bugs. The hot tub had squash bugs in it. The bed had bugs crawling in it. The lights in the kitten area would not turn on. They were renovating more than just the pool and fitness area but the whole building they had painters outside the 3rd floor window which we were in that room which gave no privacy whatsoever!! The manager/owner knew about the bugs and tried saying it was due to no one using the room for a few days and said they have been cleaning bugs off of that side of the building. The walls and doors had a ton a bad paint scuffs it looked line a run down hotel instead of the advertised suite we had had booked. We had a hard time finding the location because they changed the name but did not update the signs on the building.

The first room we were put in was dirty and the roof was leaking in the bathroom from the rainstorm. However, the staff member on duty that night switched us immediately when I went and told her. We didn’t use the AC unit because it was cold already so we just had the window open. The room we were switched to had a quarter size hole near the door knob and you could see straight into the room. The hot plate was also missing the knobs.

For starters it is now a Sure Stay by Best Western. They seemed to be updating it so hopefully it will get better. The breakfast was just a waffle machine and packaged pastry.

It is the process of being remodeled. It sounded like people were installing carpet upstairs all night. At breakfast there were no eggs, the sausage were barely warm and the orange juice was watered down.

No there was nothing to cook with. No dishtowels no pans. Nothing, empty i was disappointed. The fridge was great and just right size.
