Executive Inn & Suites Extended Stay - Vernal

Facility is older and needs additional upkeep. One light didn't work in our room. The signage didn't match the that on Hotels.com. Staffing seemed shorthanded.

The hotel was almost empty. I only saw 7 to 8 cars on the parking lot for both days the I stayed, and that the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good.

The room was dark, light bulbs were dull. 1 of the light did not work, I immediately notified the front desk, she said she would notify the maintenance but there's no one came to fix it. There's no ice machine, I was told to go the front desk to ask for ice, and she gave me a small bag that was about 20 ice cubes. The night stand draw had some sticky, gooey residue... very gross The phone on the night stand did not plug in, the lock on the night stand kept blinking. The desk panel was came off

These people had a different name on their Motel then what was online? We had a hard time finding a Motel because the Motel had a different name other than what was online. They need to change the name of their Motel as soon as possible so we were not the only people that were frustrated.

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was nice

That there was dirty sheets on the bed which had a coffee spot but other than that it was perfect

Hotel changes name constantly to improve reviews, this is a filthy place , ac can’t be adjusted, room wasn’t cleaned properly. Not worth the price!!
