Oh My Home

Квартира очень понравилось: есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, как в кухонной, так и в жилой зоне. Расположена в уютном районе с массой магазинчиков и кафешек, нравилось сюда возвращаться. Площадь квартиры комфортная для семейного отдыха: кухонная зона и две спальни. Отдельное спасибо хозяину за внимательность и предупредительность, будем рады возможности вернуться!

По мелочи: расположение в цоколе жилого дома, нет окон, если не заводить будильник - можно проспать. Нам это не мешало, так как функционировали кондиционеры и осушитель воздуха - климат был комфортным

Все понравилось! Очень чисто, удобное размещение, хорошая локация, близко к метро. Отличный хост, который сразу помогал решать возникающие вопросы. Советую

Квартира находится на минус первом этаже, не видела, чтобы это где-то прописывалось. Проживали летом, дождей не было. Вдруг для кого-то это важно

Everything was perfect. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect too. The subway/bus station was a 5-7 min walk, shops are 2-3 min walk. I’ve contacted the owner a few times and the response was really fast and really nice person. 100% recommend. We were 2 people so we had enough space. If you’re planning to come with 4 people it’s getting cozy.

A storage for the luggage was missing.

We could not stay here due to serious safety, hygiene, and accessibility concerns that were not disclosed in the listing. The property is in a run-down area with strong sewage smells. The entrance gate did not lock, leaving direct access from a dingy, steep alley road, which made us feel unsafe. It was inaccessible by car, so we had to carry heavy luggage up steep alleys and extremely steep steps, which was especially difficult for my elderly mother. None of this terrain was mentioned in the listing. The apartment itself was a basement unit with no natural light. The tap was dirty, and hygiene standards were poor. Facilities advertised in the listing, such as a sofa and living area, were not present. Overall, the description and photos did not reflect the reality. We left immediately and booked another hotel at our own expense. We contacted Booking.com customer service to request a refund, but a week later we have still not had any response. I cannot recommend this property.

We loved staying here. The host is so kind and gave us excellent directions on how to get to the apartment. The location is very close to Hyehwa station, less than 5-6 minutes away, close to 7-11, CU convenience store, and small Lotte supermarket. Lots of restaurants (We liked chonnom). The apartment was so comfortable and clean. I had an issue with how to use hot water on my first night, and the host came right away to help us. She also provided a lot of extra drinking water. We loved having an apartment. We had everything we needed in the apartment including washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, stove. Some guests had an issue with humidity- there is a dehumidifier and we found it was best to empty it at least once per day. We did not have any issues with dampness in the apartment when emptying it daily. If we come back to Seoul, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Very clean and the facilities are very complete. It is very close to the city centre and is near a train station.

The location was great, there are plenty convenient stores, coffee shops shops, restaurants nearby. Very closed from the metro station, only 6 minutes walk. The appartement is very well soundproofed. Washing machine and dryer. The communication with the owner was very smooth. She is very responsive and quick to offer solutions. Very yielding. Thank you very much. She really wanted us to be happy with our stay.

I would say the only I did not really enjoy was the humidity of the appartement, being on a basement. So the bed sheets were dump every night, no matter how we used the air con. And plus the air con was impossible to regulate, it’s stays at 16 degrees. So we had to turn it off, and felt hot and the humidity came back straight in the place.
