MYI like the cleanliness, washing machine and dryer. We almost wash clothing every night. Host is responding and kind enough to provide additional bottled water, shower towel for us.
The windows is locked. Only air flow is from the main door and the exhaust fan in toilet. No water dispenser. The unit is small, the living room is actually a small kitchen. It is a very small unit with 2 queen size bed which is enough for 4 pax.
USGreat location. Very clean and well-appointed accommodation. (Floor heating, mini fridge, microwave, washer / dryer, tv, fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure in shower, provided soap/shampoo etc.) Quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 9pm, which is heaven for a light sleeper. Owner is kind and communicative. Park across the street was convenient for my son. Two convenience stores nearby. Lots of restaurants around. Lots of shops and cafes. Subway and bus stops are a short walk. Marronnier park is just a couple blocks away. Shuttle app delivers to foreigners. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in Seoul.
The lights in one of the bedrooms glowed slightly, even when turned off. There isn't a lot of space for more than a couple pieces of luggage. Ours stayed in the main room, which frequently got in the way. The closets are really tall, so I couldn't hang anything in them because I'm too short. Lol!

IDIt's clean and smells good with complete facilities like in real home. Host is very communicative, and provide immediate response for all our queries. Location is good and quiet, 5-min walking to MRT station and Bus terminal. Many cafe, restaurant, and convenience store nearby.

AUWe visited in Korea and we stayed in here for 7days for the Christmas holiday. The property was a bit tiny but so clean. if you are a small family or young family with kids, will be fine. Very warm and super clean. Perfect location. Everything is in there, just 5min walk around. There are many Pojangmachas(korean street foods), a lot of small local theaters, restaurants, escapes room cafes and etc. It‘s a place that gathers all of korea styles things in one place. Just 1 stop to the Dongdaemoon Market (strongly recommend for a shopping), 15min away to the Gwanghwamoon road by a uber (There are Kyungbok-goong, a famous traditional Palace is there and great Statues which is the King Sejong & Lee SoonShin, the Chungae-cheon and Boshingak Also just near from the Gwanghwamoon to the Seodaemoon prison, it's good to learn about korean history especially Japanese colonial era, the era under the colonial administration of imperial Japan, the period of Japanese colonial rule Around 20-25 min away to the Iteawon & Hongdae street, one of the youngest streets. The host was very kind and very fast responded. I am strongly recommend this accommodation!
KRI loved it. The room was very well maintained. It was hygienic and smelled good. The location was also near Hyehwa Station, so it was great to travel around and come back. I think I will use it again next time. I highly recommend it.
