Such a perfect location for NEC. Comfortable, met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed playing cards and catchphrase. Courtyard was lovely especially on such a hot weekend. Kitchen well equipped and house was exceptionally clean and tidy. Would like to stay here again for future events.

Nothing really perfect for our weekend.
