Quiet house 8 mins from NEC/AIRPORT

Greeted warmly by the owner Elaine, who explained the home workings well. Tea and biscuits on arrival. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Excellent hostess! 🤩

The house was warm and welcoming and our positive experience started in our pre-stay coms. Elaine was lovely! The house is well laid out, has very comfy sofas… important if you’ve been on your feet all day at the NEC as we had been. The shower was good, beds comfortable, kitchen had some supplies like tea, coffee, milk, and even some cereal. Towels and bedding all clean and good quality. There was a little garden space out the back with garden furniture which we’d have enjoyed if the weather had been better!

Nothing to dislike about the property. You park on the road, and we were always able to find somewhere just outside.

Elaine met us at the property. Showed us round the house. Everything was clean, and even had fresh milk, coffee and mini boxes of serial. Towels were folded like swans. We didn't use WIFI as phone signal was 5G. Would definitely stay again as was much cheaper for 2 of us rather than booking hotels near NEC.

This maybe good for some people, but the heating was on, so had to turn down a bit - but I like a coldish house.

Homely, clean very helpful and friendly host

Excellently located for NEC. Very well equipped, including iron, hairdryer, towels. Owner also provided milk, tea, coffee and biscuits which was a nice touch. Nice courtyard garden which we were abe to make use of due to good weather. Asda a couple of minutes away by car. It was home from home. Very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The house was spotless, cosy, had a modern kitchen with a quaint private garden. Perfect.
