Very clean, tidy and the facilities were top hotel standard . Friendly and polite host.

The house is clean and well tidy, lovely kitchenette. The location was good, close to the place I visited

The mattress wasn't very comfortable, there was a depress at the middle, so that will require a replacement.

Best value choice near to HEC ( 5 miles). A bit unusual booking in via a RING doorbell, but everything worked OK.

Clean, tidy, straight forward no frills no gimmick accommodation just perfect for what I needed it for. Comfortable bed and access to the kitchen facilities that meant I could even make myself a meal.

I just wish the bathroom facilities were not shared but I can live with that.

The price was a real bargain, and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful.

The location was a little further away from Solihull than I thought it would be (but my fault for not checking).
