Stayed a few times. Cheap, comfortable and the lady is sooooo nice. Like satyimg with your mam. She's checks you in and your in a private room. You get the full facilities as a home and privacy of a hotel. Comfortable memory foam mattress. Amazing

Nice big room in a quiet property with a comfy bed

The room was clean and tidy. There was a fridge where I could keep my breakfast. The kitchen was clean and tidyThe shower worked well The room had a lock and key.

It property was down an alley with no street light. Difficulty using the keypad as no outside light and this was evening when dark. Bathroom upstairs and there were men staying in the house. Another person smoked in the kitchen in the morning. Leak in loo. The house needs some attention to detail and tidying up such as wall paper peeling grouting sorting out. The man upstairs was walking around till late so my sleep was disturbed. In the morning he was blowing his nose constantly so I could not sleep. Basically the walls are very thin. No good for someone like me with restricted walking especially on stairs. As a single girl I did not feel totally safe.. TV kept getting zigzag lines which spoilt watching it.

Both Rebecca and Monday extremely helpful before and during my stay and kind enough to send me a lovely message after. Monday got up very early to give me a ride to Birmingham airport. Netflix available in bedroom. Whole house to myself. Shops and food outlets a few minutes walk. House absolutely spotless and completely comfortable.
