Not establishment-related but if you're unlucky, other guests are quite noisy and since the house is not soundproof, it becomes noisy.

I expected small motel type accommodation. On arrival at a "house" at the address we were met by two women who had booked the whole "house" for themselves and 4 friends for the weekend. Their booking was through a different provider, not Booking.com. This place is not suitable unless one has their own transport - we did not, so fled in the taxi to an hotel.

GBLocation above all, is magnificent. The living space is also cozy and decently sized. The owner was kind, respectful and attended to any issues promptly.
The WIFI was quite inconsistent, however it is not something the owner can't attend to.
