Fantastic location! Great communication from the host. Very clean and tidy.

First keypad to gain access wasn’t working, so we had to wait for other guests to come out.

Flat was clean and in perfect location. We stayed for a concert and it was only a 5 minute walk from AO arena.

Apartment - 1601 - this review is specific to that apartment. Overall the furniture, layout and facilities were great. Everything you need to hang out. Comfy couch, comfy beds and nice interior decorating. Cleanliness - Everything within the apartment appeared clean and fresh ready for guests. Hosts/Communication - Communication with the hosts along with clear instructions really made checking in/getting access straight forward and easy. Safety - The various door access codes really made an additional element of security and reassurance that it would not be so easy for anyone to gain access. Facilities - You have everything you need there and all supplied within the apartment appeared to be working and in good condition. Beds - I slept really well, comfy beds, no noise outside.

Lighting - Some of the lighting in the bedroom was quite poor that when it came to doing my make up I ended up moving into the living room as the lighting was better. 'Hot' Shower? - No matter how much you try I could not get the water from the shower to come out hot enough. The shower was warm enough but myself and others personal preference would be to have a 'hot' shower and this wasn't possible. No dressing table - My biggest in convenience was that there was no where to sit and do my hair and make up. There is no dressing table in the bedroom so I was sitting on the floor and using the window ledge shelf for my make up (and bringing in a chair from the living room). Even a small table and chair in the corner of the room by the big mirror would have been great but again, more lighting would be needed to make that work. Checkout time - Again, petty personal preference but checkout being at 10 was a little earlier than I am used to. 11-12 check out would have been preferred. Lifts - The building warns about more than 4 people getting in the lift and its likely to get stuck. 3 of us and bags also caused the lift to refuse to open. We had to go in separate trips to go to our room. Yes there are stairs but being on the 16th floor and with lots of bags that didn't seem sensible. Windows/View - The windows were very dirty on the outside but the view was great but unfortunately capturing the view with a nice picture was not possible.
