Very modern and beautifully presented and the location was perfect for attending an event at the AO arena. Printworks is very near by for food and drink which is ideal. Check in and out was simple and the host is very responsive and informative. Would not hesitate to book again. Thankyou!

"Okay but needs an uplift"

Good location. Spacious. Good communication from owner.

I think it might have been empty a while before we stayed, Fausty smell on entry and had to open windows, heaters banging away full blast but still felt a bit damp. Previous occupants or cleaner left cutlery / plates not too clean. Very tatty around the edges and needs an uplift - kitchen units doors , window cills tatty , quite a few damp/condensation collectors tucked away so possibly ongoing problem. Lacked oomph ! A tv aerial be nice too

"Great location apartment"

The location was excellent for the AO Arena. The property security systems were excellent. The host is friendly and very amenable. I was uncomfortable about the £100 deposit paid to the host directly however this was returned very quickly at the end of our stay.

The property is on the 16th floor and the lifts were in poor condition, one only taking one person at a time the other limited to 3 people. This is obviously tricky at busy times servicing the whole block but it didn't spoil our stay. We just planned a longer time to go out.
