Parking a pain but expected in centre

Really central location, comfortable and clean. The apartment was well furnished, had everything we needed and spacious. Excellent views of the city too. Host was great, we had great communication from them.

The location was excellent. Large lounge, beds were comfortable. The host made themselves available to answer our queries. Deposit paid back immediately. premises very safe as you needed different codes for different doors and received messages with directions on these codes.

The comunal areas were not welcoming and carpets in the corridors were dirty. There was confusion about the name as the name on the building was City Heights not City View as advertised. The process of having to pay a £100 deposit before the key was handed over was also not something we’ve ever experienced and having to walk accros the road to somewhere else to get the key was somewhat unusual. Opposite to the positice comment above all the faff around getting into the property is not a very relaxing start to your stay and perhaps shoukd be reviewed.

The £100 refundable deposit has to be paid before any details of the flat will be shared. I didn’t know about the refundable deposit before this. It needs to be made more clear. The flat was cold, we tried to warm up with the radiators as we had children with us but it wasn’t the best.

The property was so homely, it was in a great location and all the facilities were great.

Amazing location, two great bedrooms with lovely space for 4 of us in the living/kitchen area.

Pictures look fabulous but the details are a little rough around the edges. Lamp held together with tape as was the mirror in the bathroom. All small things that could really make a difference. Just not quite finished off as elegantly as the pictures suggested.
