The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way they could. Having a washing machine available was also very convenient. Thank you for providing this kind of thoughtful service for your guests!

Itโ€™s a hostel, so cleanliness isnโ€™t quite at hotel level I even had some ants in my bedsheets and toilet. Still, the atmosphere and especially the helpful staff made it a positive experience overall.

"Warm en schoon onderkomen in Kandy"

Ik heb een superfijn verblijf gehad bij Smile Hub. De kamer en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn super schoon. Yama en Miku waren super aardig en hebben me geholpen met een paar woordjes Japans! Yama heeft zelfs een avond voor mij gekookt omdat ik ziek was geworden, wat heel fijn was. We hebben ook het spel ticket to ride gespeeld, en er zijn nog veel meer spellen aanwezig. Er is een super goed uitgeruste keuken die je kunt gebruiken, wat heel fijn is om zelf eten te bereiden.
