Very welcoming and pleasent staff, Good breakfast, Good pub food.

Absolutely fantastic place, kerri and the rest of the staff really looked after myself and the rest of the family, drinks and food were to die for, think it might become my second home Thank you so much to all at the glan yr afon for making my much needed weekend off so much nicer

From the moment we arrived we were treated with a walm welcome...food was amazing,couldn't do enough or be more helpful....I used to stay in the Springfield hotel after my stay at the Glan Yr Afon my mind has definitely changed. Definitely will be returning

Bed comfy Staff nice

The room was awful, too small too much furniture you couldn't move or get the wardrobe door open. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door and a load of clothes stuffed in a cupboard. We paid extra for a deluxe room. No hairdryer, no fan.I badly scaled my feed trying to change the temperature in the shower. The food was warm, reheated. Because we chose not to make a formal complaint we were refused the difference we paid for an upgrade.

The cost for two night's accommodation was pretty good, really. My room was small, simply furnished, but at the price I can't complain. Staff were pleasant enough.

I checked into the Inn at 7:30pm, dropped my stuff in the room, and went to the bar to order something to eat. It was 7:45,(Friday evening?), I was told that the kitchen was closed. I then sat outside, drinking a beer and watched food being delivered to other customers. To decline a request for food from a guest (at 7:30pm) who has booked a two night stay is really poor service.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with an ensuite bathroom. Access to the rooms was through the public house which was a very warm and welcoming environment. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We didn't have breakfast or dinner at the accommodation. Excellent parking availability.

Staff went above and beyond to look after us - including making us dinner when the kitchen was closed.
