Breakfast was excellent value. Nothing was too much trouble. Served with a smile and a chat. Food was cooked and presented very well.

Honestly I've never felt sad leaving anywhere before , myself and hubby felt at home like we was apart of the family , kezza (ie'kerry ) was incredible she made us feel so welcome, couldn't do enough for us both. Definitely had some laughs but most of all she helped when I was in need , couldn't thank her enough. This family owned business is fantastic we definitely will be back with our family, to see kezza John and there daughter Emily also kerry's sister 😀 ❤️ 😊 Also food was value for money lovely homecooked food breakfast was fantastic nothing was too much trouble xxx

I had a great stay. Excellent hospitality, clean room and good English breakfast.

I can not fault anything.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and although the pub downstairs meant that it could be somewhat noisy so not great for resting during the day, during the night it was nice and quiet with a delightfully comfortable bed.

Cleanliness was disappointing. Most surfaces were fine but there were a few significant cobwebs as well as what looked like mould in the shower. Also although the location is pleasant it is quite inconvenient to get to on foot.

The ower and staff are lovely people. I was aon a motorbike and when I got there my clothes were soaking wet. They took my bike Jean's and jacket and dried them for me.

The food was nice and good value. But would have liked a more select menu. Nice breakfast good at 7.50. I had the stake pie one night and the gammon the 2nd night. One thing I would alike mash but they only do chips. Other than that it is great

Own staircase, annex and independent, not needed to go though building to access our room, quiet, convenient and friendly staff.

Shower room needs a little work.
