La ubicación es inmejorable si lo que buscas es ir a los parques de XCARET, ademas que playa del carmen te queda a 10 minutos en coche.

El personal de cocina parecía que siempre andaba de malas o les disgustaba mucho dar el desayuno gratis que viene incluido en la reservación. No se pide que anden con la sonrisa de oreja a oreja pero da una sensación incomoda que te atiendan, además el desayuno era muy minúsculo y siempre terminabas con hambre o pidiendo algo extra de la carta (con costo extra). Además quisimos ver el partido del mundial en el restaurante y nos dijeron que no lo pasarían por que se les perdió el control de la tele.

Muy bonito nos gustó mucho el lugar muy accesible y la comida muy bien lo super recomiendo

No me gustó q el Internet falla mucho la ubicación no es tan céntrica pero es adaptable, como recomendación hay mucho mosco en áreas comunes y en las habitaciones pondría algo para colgar la ropa y se pueda secar

"un buen lugar para descansar"

La ubicación fue perfecta ya que nos quedo muy cerca del parque xcaret, las habitaciones muy comodas y con muy buen espacio, el lugar es muy tranquilo, el precio muy accesible y el personal muy amable, un muy buen lugar para descansar y la alberca es muy grande

Deberian tener una planta de luz de emergencia, durante nuestra estancia el ayuntamiento del estado estaban componiendo la carretera y provocaron la explosión de un trasformador que dejo sin luz el establecimiento por mas de 1 dia

EL lugar estaba muy bonito, excelente servicio por parte de las recepcionistas ( ambas ) y de la parte del restaurante, muy amables y nos atendieron aunque estaban por cerrar el comedor. (excelente servicio)
