Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und wir hatten jein Wasser zum Duschen etc. Nach einem langen Flug kann das wirklich etwas nervig sein.

La alberca era bonita

El desayuno incluido fue pesimo, ademas de que no era lo que se describe en booking, las imagenes de la pagina son muy diferentes a lo real, mi habitación no se parecia nada a lo que promocionan, las porciones de comida eran diminutas y de pesimo sabor, el servicio del mesero de desayuno era pesimo, tarde 1 hora en que me tomaran la orden, las luces del cuarto fallaban, en la ultima noche no hubo agua y me movieron de hotel pero me hicieron hacer check in en uno y caminar al otro que no incluia los mismo beneficios por lo que pague, no tiene estacionamiento asi que tuve que dejar mi carro en la calle, el nuevo cuarto esta muy feo y chiquito, no te explican nada.

Lo amplio de la habitación es lo mejor

Le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, la regadera del baño principal parecía que se iba a caer sobre ti, por la humedad que invadía, el agua no salía por la regadera sino por los lados, había cucarachas enormes por todos lados, hasta un alacrán. Llovió y el agua goteaba dentro de la sala, cocina, se metió por el comedor. El jacuzzi no estuvo disponible, el agua de la alberca privada estaba extremadamente fría, era imposible que se disfrutará. El comedor era insuficiente cuando se juntaban los huéspedes, y no había variedad en alimentos, dicen que el restaurant es independiente del hotel 😒 La primera noche ni se podía hacer uso de la alberca externa por un evento, y hasta que llegas te informan.
