Amazing place and perfect location!

The whole place was amazing, beds really comfortable loads of space for 8 people, kitchen great not that we really used it, rooftop was fab with amazing views and comfortable sun loungers

Hot tub had bits in it and didn't seem very clean and wasn't cleaned the time we were there so didn't use it

Location is excellent. Lots of room and everything you need in the apartment.

This is a fabulous house. It has a spectacular view of the sea. It has everything needed for a fabulous holiday. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything, and it is spotless. The hostess is lovely and is very informative. We will return again. Thank you.

Nothing. An extractor fan in the shower room would be a great benefit. The steps up to the entrance would be a problem for those with mobility issues. Otherwise no complaints.

Had an amazing time at this property, perfect location, spotlessly clean, great communication with owner, had absolutely everything you needed for a self catering stay with an amazing terrace and hot tub. Perfect for a large family group

Nothing to dislike

Good position in Puerto del Carmen, good bed

No internet during the full week despite my need to work, horrible smells from bathroom in the first floor and the apartment in the 2nd floor due to the pipes in the bathrooms, same with the water of the jacuzzi. People came to clean the Jacuzzi but it was still bad. With all these issues the company has refused all request for compensation whereas I paid a high rent for something that has not been properly delivered. First time ever for me despite the high number of times I rent a property through Booking. This property is too much expensive for the quality of my stay and the lack of connection. I do not understand how it is possible for such price that not only the agency does not use a check list to check internet and these smells before any new entry but also no welcome with just a key in a locker as the agency is not in Lanzarote…but on another Island. In my opinion make sure that this flat had been used before you to avoid such smell and impose conditions for your stay as the agency has not been commercial at all to give a compensation for the different issues
