Santa Rosa La Peñita (Puerto del Carmen)

Easy to get to and easy to access. Great location. Spacious apartment. Great rooftop terrace and hot tub. Got it for a good price. Hosts were very quick to respond if needed, and very helpful.

No air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms or in the sitting room.

The villa was very spacious with plenty of bathrooms and space for the guests. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with the hot tub and a great view, as well as having balconies in some of the bedrooms. The host also changed our towels mid-stay and offered to change our bedding as well.

We were unable to lock the bathroom doors although this didn’t bother us too much during our stay. The fuse also sometimes went off when using the kitchen facilities but this was an easy and quick fix.

This place is amazing. Right on the strip approx 5 mins walk from the casino. Plenty of room. Big kitchen and dining room. Hot tub on the roof. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Essentials provided like tea, coffee, washing powder. Good hairdryer. Towels, small supply of toiletries. Spotless clean, late checkout till 6pm for check out costs 40 euro if prearranged and available. Bars, shops and restaurants within a stones throw, Cherry moon bar/restaurant in walking distance, its fab for food and drinks. Staff replied to messages asap.

It was a gorgeous apartment with plenty of space. It was very clean, modern and right across from the beach.

Needed more keys and did not like that needed a key to get out the door and with 7 guests that was awkward. Also if fire could not get out

lovely big apartment with 4 bathrooms. Hot tub and fitness room also great. Nice big and modern style kitchen. Nice views from upper level terrace. Very central location. We were given much appreciated late check out. For the price at which we were able to book in late December, it was excellent value for money.

The hot tub temperature was locked at 30. Much You-tubing to find out how to unlock it. But lovely once done! You will get a bit of evening noise from bars, but this is a super central location, so entirely to be expected and frankly no big deal.

Everything was super. Location, beautiful sea breeze from the Balconies. It was a huge property and space is what we needed. Had a very happy, restful holiday.

There were no negatives. Jessica was excellent. Will be back.
