Marriott's Mai Khao Resort - Phuket

One word-Exceptional!! Resort cleanliness - 5/5 Customer Sevice - 5/5 Room Service - 5/5 Kids Friendly - 5/5 Staffs - 5/5 The resort is Huge! It has everything that one requires to have a complete leisure time. It has options for all age groups. The two BR apartment is superb. Its just as shown in pictures. Ample of space, king room is big and has an extra large bed. Washroom is huge and well designed. Kitchenette has everything- fridge, induction, microwave, utensils, plates. U name it, they have it. Check in was smooth and so was check out. We had a great stay at the resort. Highly recommend if you have a vacation club package which is very much affordable.

We were a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay at Marriotts Mai Khao Resort. The rooms were spacious, neat and well kept. The staff were polite and courteous. Over all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend every one to visit this property

We liked the room we stayed in. It was so comfortable-from the beds to the kitchen, they thought of every detail. Our balcony felt very private. Loved having laundry in the room. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond every single time we interacted with them. Excellent property and services! So well maintained. We also liked that there was a sister property that was walkable. We frequented the Turtle Island shopping center for dinner and shopping as well. The kids absolutely loved the pool areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Marriott Maki Khao Beach Resort was truly five-star. Special thanks to Mr. Taksapon from Class Prevention, who responded swiftly and caringly when my daughter had a minor fall at the kids’ pool—his attention made all the difference. We were also touched by the Guest Relations team's thoughtful "Get Well Soon" card and the lovely room decor arranged by Housekeeping. Many staffs who I can't recall names where always asking well being of my daughter. Mr. O by the pool was incredibly friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed engaging conversations with Mr. Abhinav at the bar, who shared great insights about Marriott and local attractions. Jerome at the poolside mini-bar was warm and welcoming. Lovely decor by Housekeeping on my Marriage Anniversary !! Lastly, Oil at the front desk always greeted us with a kind smile and exceptional support—her warmth made our stay even more memorable.
