GBIt was comfortable, clean and near bus routes for the city centre. Staff replied to emails promptly. The area was nice and the flat is close to a huge supermarket. A washing machine is a must for a family so I was glad there was one in the flat.

Unfortunately the description of this property is very misleading. It states that there are 4 beds - there are only 2. Bedroom 1 does not have 2 double beds it only has 1. The sofa bed is broken and cannot be used. There was also no sheet for the sofa bed. We travelled to Cardiff with friends for a concert. Upon arrival the cleaners were still there and one went off with the keys which delayed us slightly. We planned to try to make do with just the 3 beds and only realised the sofa bed was broken when we returned after midnight. This meant that 2 of the party had to drive 2 hours in the middle of the night to return home as there were insufficient beds for everyone. At £575 for the one night this is not acceptable. I have emailed the property twice and tried to telephone to discuss a resolution but I am being ignored which is a shame. The property description also states guest chocolates, free toiletries and check out up to 3pm which is also not the case.

No ironing board and iron. Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang a few clothes in both bedrooms. No instructions on how to make TV work.

Costume service : I had no answer of my request during the stadia.I think had some trouble on the comunicativo,because I paid to get one bedroom for a couple with a Child,but I had no bed for the Child,I had to improve It on the floor.Otherwise everything was Very good.
