The heating was off and the shower tray was blocked so the shower couldn’t be used.

Couldn’t fault it. Although a hairdryer would be a lovely touch. Maybe a little welcome pack… milk coffee (although tea-bags & sugar) supplied at an additional cost would be a great help. Would stay again but not on bottom floor as occupants above kept me awake till early hours of the morning.
GBGBGBGBIt was an amazing stay with loads of space throughout the property. Everything about the place was exceptional and really cosy. I really recommend this place to anyone who is visiting. I loved the living room space, it was the icing on the cake for me.

Mattress in the first bedroom by the toilet, it's mattress was awful. The side of the mattress is knackered. Did not sleep very well. Would be useful to have blankets on hand in the cold months as cold at night .

It was cold and the heating was a bit awkward to use, but when it was on it was ok,but had a low thermostat setting so didn’t stay on for long, check in was supposed to be 15.00, but didn’t get in till 16.00,as the cleaner was still working
