"Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypoczynek."

Piękny nowy i nowoczesny obiekt, ładnie położony pomiędzy morzem i górami marmurowymi ze wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Duży, komfortowy pokój. Obiekt w połowie oddany do użytku, a w drugiej połowie w trakcie wykańczania wnętrz, ciche i bez szkody dla obecnych gości. Dużo roślinności zapewniającej zacienienie i komfort. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Ładny basen krawędziowy z widokiem na morze. Duża czysta plaża z drobnym piaskiem, łagodnym zejściem do wody przyjemnym dnem i małym falowaniem, sprzyjała kąpielom morskim. Dostępne leżaki z wygodnymi materacami i parasole, Wejście do gór marmurowych po drugiej stronie ulicy. Warto brać pod uwagę dość dużą odległość od centrum miasta.

Chcąc korzystać bezgotówkowo z baru przy plaży należy przy zameldowaniu wpłacić depozyt. Co w tej klasie obiektu i zabezpieczeniu swojej rezerwacji kartą jest dość dziwne i małostkowe. Szkoda też że nie ma opcji all inclusive przy tak dużej bazie gastronomicznej.

"Наведите порядок с персоналом на стойке регистрации, он должен работать, а не спать."

Прекрасный отель, завтраки, пляж, бассейн, номер.

Безобразная работа персонала на стойке регистрации. Сначала не могли понять входит ли в стоимость бесплатный массаж, попросил убрать номер- прихожу номер не убран. В конце заблаговременно попросил завтрак с собой в связи с ранним отъездом, на стойке регистрации все записали с умным видом, прихожу с утра завтрака нет - говорят нет информации. Владельцам отеля следует навести аорядок на ресепшн, ведь весь остальной персонал работает великолепно, а персонал на стойке регистрации портит все положительное мнение об отеле.

Hotellialue on hieno ja erilaisia mahdollisuuksia on rantalomailuun, niin altaalla kuin rannalla. Ruoka oli hyvää päärakennuksessa ja allasravintolassa, joissa kävimme.

Hotelli on keskeneräinen ja kaikki palvelut eivät ole käytössä - tästä mainintaa en löytänyt mistään. Keskeneräisyys näkyy tiettyjen palvelujen poissaololla sekä varustuksen puutteessa esim. kuntosalissa on parantamista. rakentamisen äänet mitättömiä eli eivät häiritse lomailua.

"Loved the stay in general. We even got free massages. Loved the food also. There are many facilities in the resort"

They didn’t clean our room on most days and when they come they just do a quick job without even cleaning the surfaces or removing dirty cutlery
