The room was lovely and glad we had a room with a pool.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. there was a lot of it but the quality was just ok. What bothered us most were the crowds of people at breakfast, it was chaos. when we went to the food station on many occasions the items were finished leaving an empty bowl. We were also expecting more than 2 venues for meals especially because there were so many people staying at the hotel.

The property is too large, can hold over 500 guests and this will almost double when the new wing is finished. There aren’t enough staff to cope with the breakfast service and they’re under trained and very green. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool area is too small for the number of guests and a big lack of sun loungers due to the area taken up with bungalows and a huge fish pond. There are levels that don’t have anything on them and although a bakery and sky bar are advertised these don’t exist. There’s also a big lack of concierge and porter help this is almost non existent. Housekeeping staff need more training and more help to complete all their tasks. Rooms on the surface are clean but there’s a big lack of attention to detail. The manager should invest more money in training and employ more staff to cope with the volume of guests. There are many facilities under utilised as there is a big lack of promotion and signage. The air conditioning in the hotel fails to meet the requirements of this massive hotel, our room never cooled below 28 degrees Celsius.

I liked that it was spacious Room but I guess you’re paying for that and it had like good pools I think it’s more family friendly and it was next to the marble Mountain

My cardio bracelet was stolen from the cleaner in my room and they barely ever came and cleaned up the room while we were staying there I think for the price Pt it was not worth the money also it is quite far out from anything that is closed in Danang besides the marble Mountain which is across the road also checking in and checking out was quite difficult as the staff didn’t speak English and they didn’t really care for your personal needs
