The view from the room was beautiful. The common garden and pool were beautiful.

The lack of empathy and rude treatment by the manager, in light of jewelry misplaced by their staff on my last day of the stay, probably soured my whole stay in Da Nang.

Property was nice, well maintained, facilities as described. Our room was excellent, clean, nicely designed with great view. Private pool was well worth the extra if you can afford it. In general a nice property.

This one is tough. Staff tried very hard to be as helpful as they could be, or allowed to be. My humble opinion, they are trained for the wrong reasons, and the underlying systems supporting them need significant review. I have worked for, with and stayed in literally hundreds, if not thousands, of properties over the years. I honestly felt for the staff, as friendly as they were, they had to check and double check every interaction, constrained by outdated or badly designed systems, policies and procedures.
