Cho checkin quá muộn,nhân viên chậm thiếu chuyên nghiệp,ngồi chờ điều hoà nóng,phòng ăn sáng nóng, món ăn chán. Đi ra biển k có xe điện đưa đón,đa phần phải tự đi bộ. Nhân viên k tôn trọng khách hàng.

Khách sạn rất đẹp , mọi thứ rất tuyệt vời nhân viên thân thiện, Nicolas rất nhiệt tình và khuông viên rất rộng

Hotel grande, con playa preciosa y habitaciones suite con piscinas privadas muy bonitas. Buen buffet, buena calidad de comida.

El personal del Checking y desayuno. Hotel grande, desaprovechado y con demasiada masificación en los desayunos. El lugar donde se encuentra es para ir unos días en plan playa y no salir del hotel, cerca hay poco o nada.

Loved the location, very close to marble mountains, not too far from the city centre & then a little drive to Hoi An!!!!

The cleaning standard isn’t like Australia… they just clean around items nothing is moved to be cleaned around or dusted. Mould in showers. Beds were very clean however and towels!

Rooms was nice

Restaurant staff were not really friendly. Poor response.

The private beach was good

Firstly the buffet breakfast restaurant was so hot there was barely any aircon with the huge crowd. 2ndly, when we order Grab we had to go all the way outside of the hotel to take and order there was no service that it can be dropped of to the lobby. 3rdly we did not consume any food or drinks from the mini bar. Upon check out the concierge said that we had consume cashew nuts and 2 bottle of water that was in the fridge. Which in the first place we did not see any nuts in the room there were only dried mangoes. I insisted but the staff also insisted so to not complicate further i reluctantly paid

The private pool was excellent! The staff were so nice A lot of room in the hotel The beach was safe The view was superb

A bit more then a few ants Shower head wasn’t the best Could’ve been cleaner
