Elegance at the Lanes-3BD

It was central, very comfortable and clean.

The front door was awkward to open. One of the bathroom locks didn’t operate properly. Just for info….i’d put anti slip maths in the baths. If you’re having a shower and use conditioner the bath is very slippy. 10am is early to be organised to leave.

A great location and perfect for friends and families for a short stay in Brighton. Easy to find and parking close by.

The checkout at 10am is a little too early. For the price I would be expecting a minimum of 11am but ideally noon. The cleaners turned up bang on 10am so literally no wiggle room.

Fab location for exploring Brighton, minutes from the train station and The Laines. Seafront within 10 minutes walk. Spacious, quiet, well equipped and clean apartment that felt safe. Superb communication from staff - if we had a query they were always quick to respond, helpful and polite. Key info was sent in advance and we had no issues finding or accessing the property.

The property doesn't come with any parking which would be incredibly useful, but there is a chargeable car park at the end of the road. Found the mattresses and pillows a little soft but this is very much a personal preference.

Location great. Between station and beach and near North Laine Lower bunk was big enough for an adult. Very good walk in shower. Would stay there again.

No dressing table and chair in bedrooms.

Great location and Facilities. Was a beautifully decorated apartment with all the things you need from coffee, to cooking utensils with fresh fluffy towels.

If sleep 8 the living room becomes a bedroom, which was fine from a bedding perspective as the sofa beds were super comfy. However all the other rooms in my the flat have black out blind apart from the living room so you are woken up by the sunrise very early.
