"Clean, spacious flat, in a very convenient location"

The property is located very close to all amenities including the train station, Sainsburys, Tesco a 24 hour Budgens and all the pubs, restaurants and shops in the Lanes. The flat is clean and spacious and would easily sleep six people. Having two bathrooms is a bonus.

Lovely property, easy check in and out, very good location in Brighton. The place is clean and clearly well taken care of. Also very well-furnished with utensils, crockery. No complaints at all.

"Excellent location and spotlessly clean"

Brilliant location right near the station and North Laine but on a really quiet street. Super easy check in and spotlessly clean. Two bathrooms (on with a bath and the other with a great shower). Nice to have tea and coffee available. Lots of crockery to use.

Check out was too early (10am) - 11am would be more reasonable. TV was a bit glitchy but still useable. Would be nice to have a speaker to play own music via Bluetooth but a radio was provided which was a nice touch.
