Hotel the Castle Jamsil#1

Had to be one of the best Rooms I’ve ever stayed in, super open

Nothing, it was perfect

I honestly don't know how this is a 2 star hotel, it deserves at least another star. The room was comfortable, with both a bath tub and a walk-in shower, there's a space on the last floor like a breakfast area where you can have snacks throughout the day, the location is great and the employees from the reception were very nice and polite.

There's nothing that I didn't like, everything went well.

The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The mattresses in the entrance and elevators were disgusting and reflected the overall level of cleanliness of the hotel. My room looked like it had never been properly deep cleaned. There were stains on the curtains, chair, bed, and walls, mold in the bathroom, and dust gathered in the corners of the floor. The towels were old and heavily worn. I even found a plastic soap wrapper left in the sink, likely from previous guests. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

立地が良かったです。 コンビニも近く、飲み屋も近かったです。 変換器も貸してくれました。

トイレが詰まりやすかった点とアメニティがありませんでした。

位置优越，坐地铁，去看演唱会都很方便。房间简单干净。酒店有共享区域很NICE.

Friendly staff, we were there for Super Junior encore concert, the lobby was playing their songs, good location CU mart just beside hotel and lots of restaurant around the area, less than 20 minutes walk to Lotte World Mall and KSPO dome.
