Layout was nice and roomy with a bath tub. There were some nice services like a lounge at the highest floor with drinks and snacks. Staff were very responsive. Accessibility to airport transfer bus which served late hours or early morning was close enough.

Slightly far away from the train station but otherwise doable. Not a significant factor against it. This was made up for by walking distance from a nearby food district which had late night options

"Exceptional, the reception allowed us to check in at so early- 1pm. Receptionist can speak English."

Can feel the luxury. Room is clean. Provide slippers n bath robe. Walking distance to Lotte Mall & entrance to the subway. Only the Jamsil station is a long walk. No breakfast buffet. But like a cafeteria with free food: ramyeon, milk. Cereal. Coffee. Bread. All self service.

Warmer/ heater in the room.

The complimentary lounge it's a great touch; went downstairs to get a second key and staff were quick to help
