NLThe location was perfect for me. Staff was very helpful...especially Avin at the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Really liked the breakfast area as well.
From the day we arrived they kept leaving only one towel in our room. We were two and the room had two single beds. After day 2 they gave us new towels which were not washed and left a lot of white fiber on us and in the room...which gave me allergies. One day the power went out at night and our room electricity kept cutting every 5 minutes even on the generator. We also had a shower drain blockage issue where the water would not go down at all and flooded the bathroom. Luckily one of the staff fixed it immediately. Breakfast was nice but the area could be more hygienic. Also wadas were fried in stale oil. Could not eat it.

INThis is my 4th time staying at Wandr Hotel Ulsoor. I like this property. Will continue to stay here whenever I come to Bengaluru.

I was given a room much smaller than what I had booked. I had to follow-up multiple times with multiple people for two days before I got some explanation. The staff admitted that they overbooked the rooms and hence could not give me the room I had booked. They offered a refund of INR 700 as the price differential for two days. I showed them my booking from 2025 when I had stayed in the smaller room and the price differential was around INR 1300 for two days. To this they mentioned that room rates get charged every day. Overall, this stay, my third in less than a year, was a real disappointment
