GBLocation, location, location. The hotel is in a very central area. Close to bars and restaurants, not too far from the main shopping area. It has a lift. Loads of space for storage - cupboard, drawers etc.
They only give you 1 bath towel even though there a 2 people staying. No hand towels and no bath mat. On request a second towel was brought which was green and looked like someone's personal towel. When asked for a hand towel, we were give a bath mat. We did not get the room type we booked as the bed was against the wall and we are unable to climb over each other to get out of bed, especially at night without waking the other person. Also the rooms with balcony are smaller and the balconies are narrow and look out at a wall. We were not offered a reduction in price but did not make a fuss as we had been travelling since morning and just wanted to get a room. There is a restaurant but you can't charge back to the room. The TV is android, so if you are used to streaming you should be OK, however if live us you like to switch on a TV and at least be able to get some news you will be disappointed.
